The Telecom FM Cellfax is a dual band GSM fixed cellular terminal with LCD display. The Telecom FM Cellfax terminal will connect to a standard analogue telephone or analogue fax machine. The Telecom FM Cellfax is ideal for site offices, mobile offices, boats and marine applications.

 

The Telecom FM Cellfax is a complete landline replacement solution.  It uses a standard GSM mobile phone SIM card and provides the equivalent of a standard analogue telephone line.  The Cellfax can be used as a telephone line for the connection of a standard analogue (POTS) telephone or can be used as a GSM FAX terminal for the connection of a standard analogue fax machine.  The use of the Cellfax terminal as a GSM Fax unit makes it ideal for many applications including temporary or mobile offices, construction site offices, boats and ships and mobile command vehicles.  The Cell Fax terminal can also be connected to a PC (Via RS232 Serial Connection) to provide internet access via GPRS or can be used as a telephone line to connect to a standard modem on a PC.  The Cell Fax GSM terminal can also be used to send and receive SMS text messages and comes with a built in SMS application when connected to a PC via the Serial Interface.
